Lace up and lest get ready to trek some unwanted calories this Saturday, June 2, 2018 for 7:00. Please dress comfortably, hydrate and put on some sun screen. We are meeting at the playground for 6:50 AM for the talk before the walk and starting at 7:00 AM. You can bring a family member or a friend. We will be more than happy to see you on this Saturday. We are in the middle of some challenges, so maybe this day can add to your other days of trekking also. The track is hard rubber, that is good for our knees, but we may also trek on the pavement, because of the heat. We are going to trek 4 miles or an hour, whichever come first.
