Getting off the couch is hard - but the first step is worth it!  Walking dramatically improves physical health, prevents disease and reduces stress.  Thousands of women have your back.  Together, we will play a pivotal role in turning around this health crisis, and making neighborhoods safer and more "walkable" for girls and citizens at-large. When women walk, things change!

How does it work?  

It's simple.  You commit to walking with us.  That's it!  You commit to walking 5 days per week, at least 30 minutes per day!!!  You can definitely do that!  When you do, you donate your minutes walked to this cause using our tool called The Locker Room!  .
