Why did you join the GirlTrek Movement?
Because I wanted to be a part of a network of supportive women. I need the motivation of others striving for and living healthy active lives. Because I want to take the focus away from the "diet" and place my focus on the "lifestyle!"

I want to run the Playa del Run 5k in Malibu without stopping to walk :) Eventually I want to build up to a 10k
Cross the finish line. Look good and feel great. I don't want to be tired when I walk up several flights of stairs!
