To lose 13lbs
current weight 143lbs; goal weight 130lbs

Monday, June 30, 2009

I already walk on the treadmill.  However, I don't walk consistently and I only walk 20-30 minutes at a time.  I feel like I'm doing just enough to keep from gaining weight, when actually, I would like to lose weight.  I'm going to push myself to exercise at least 45 minutes 4-5 times per week so that I can accomplish my goal in a reasonable timeframe.

My work schedule is sometimes an obstacle.  There are periods when I work from 8am -8pm and I just don't have it in me to get on the treadmill when I get home.
