To improve my cardiovascular health by training for the Susan B. Anthony 5k Run

I plan to run/walk three times a week and gradually build from there increasing the time and number of day's I run. Doing this along with this fitness class I'm taking should get the job done. I will also make a conscious effort to eat healther and drink water more often.

My biggest challenge will be finding motivation to work out, and fast food!!
