My ultimate goal is to completely run a 5k.
Run the entire distance!  Cross the finish line!

Enlisting others to help keep me on track is what is typically best for me. I plan to build a circle of motivators to work out with me and become more active in my 50 Million Pound Challenge Group.  I will work on my endurance by doing cardio at least three times a week. Incorporate more exercise in my programing for the girls at work, follow my Couch to 5k Plan. I also plan to reimplement my "no gym, no Que" policy. If I don't go to the gym or get 30 minutes of exercise I don't allow myself to go see Que (pictured left).

My biggest hurdles are work and myself. Sometimes after working a 16 hour double the last thing I want to do is go to the gym. It's also easier to lay around in the bed in the mornings instead of getting up and going to the gym which is minutes away.
