5k Shriner's Run/Walk
Crossing the finish line is when I know I've made it!

June 20, 2009

I will eat and drink better, like down to one soda a week! I will also walk/run through and around my neighborhood 4-5 times a week. I will daily do my share of aerobic exercise.
I will take bi-weekly pictures, and keep a health journal!

I anticipate that I might have lack of self-motivation. My weakness is soda and fast food!
