To complete the Chicago Half Marathon.  Also to complete a six week dance intensive/class and improve my flexibility and core strength by participating in 20 hours of bikram yoga a month. (Note: My ultimate lifelong physical fitness and health goal is to complete an ironman competition and change my dietary habits as to become a vegan vegetarian.)

I will measure my success by documenting my diet daily, completing my dance class and taking pictures of my journey to gaining a flexible, strong body.

Find a running plan. Stretch 5 times a week, attend yoga 2 times a week, journal my diet daily and cut my complex carbohydrate in half.   


Time and energy are my only obstacles.  My weakness is sugar.
