Soda City Supershero Saturday Trek’
It’s time to lace up our shoes and show Columbia how it’s done! We meet at the entrance off the parking lot. We will Trek approximately 4 miles along a paved trail at a brisk pace (It’ll keep you warm too!). Bring water as we will break to refresh ourselves midway. Light stretching starts at 8 and we hit the Three Rivers Greenway At 8:10 RAIN OR SHINE!! Dress in layers and bring an umbrella and/or rain jacket. it’s easier to remove a layer. No sistah left behind! Your pace works with us!! See you on the pavement!!
