If you have not heard the breaking news GirlTrek has reached “Over” 500,000 members who have committed to an act of self love by pledging to walk 30 minutes a day to improve their health. We will meet at the large pavilion near the lake for a 3-4 mile trek. This is a paved trail and you simply need to wear comfortable shoes and your superhero blue.
