Pre Season has certainly been exciting and I can only imagine what the upcoming year will be like. No need to wait until April 1st to hit the pavement. Join us for a 3-4 mile trek at Alexander Deussen Park. This is a paved trail with beautiful towering pine trees adjacent to Lake Houston. This beautiful setting is a perfect way to begin your weekend. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring your auntie, your momma or your friends. The more the merrier. We will meet near the large pavilion next to the lake. Hope to see you there!
