HKA Superhero Saturday

Join me Saturday morning at 8:00 AM for an approximate 3 mile trek at West Lake Park. I’m singing the post holiday blues and like many, trying to refocus and get back on track with some consistency. Comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear and water are the essentials. Please note that West Lake Park is located at the corner of Lockwood Road and West Lake Houston Pkwy behind Kroger in Summerwood. Hope to see you there and by all means bring a friend!
