Superhero Saturday is approaching and we all know what that means! Grab your sneakers, a friend or 2 and join me for a 3 mile trek at West Lake Park. Pack your water bottle, bring your joy and let’s get moving ladies! All fitness levels welcomed. Hope to see you there.
