#SuperheroSaturday with the Blazin' Behrman Trekkers
Ok Ladies! We're on to something! Self-care is essential. We take care of everyone else. We deserve to dedicate an hour to improving our health and well-being. So join the Blazin' Behrman Trekkers as we take an invigorating walk along the paved trail on Mardi Gras Blvd. The trail is umbrella'd with trees and the shade from the Mississippi River Bridge. So, slip on your Superhero Blue and some comfortable walking shoes, grab your water and join us at 6:45 am so we can start in a timely fashion.
