GirlTrek Walk with the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) for better Health Every Month
We walk from 8:15 - 9:30 am, we meet every 4th Saturday unless you get notice otherwise on the NCNW facebook page
All are welcome - bring your walking partner
We stretch to begin and stretch to end
Parking is free, wear supportive shoes, sun glasses, etc
The trail is.39 mile and we go around at least 4 times
