Juneteenth Family Trek
This will be a family/community trek in celebration of Juneteenth. All ages, genders, and non-binary are welcome. We will walk to Katherine Dunham Museum, visit the Sacred Site across the street, and return to the starting point (TBA) for the victory bridge. This is a short walk, and there will be another route designated that day for those who want to continue further. The entire route is flat and paved. Visit here for more info. on East St. Louis Sacred Sites, commemorating the 1917 ESL Race Riots Centennial. https://static1.squarespace.com/static/58af872fe58c6207ff542b10/t/5952b56b03596e59ce2fa3af/1498592622149/170602_itinerary.pdf
