In the spirit of the Fall season, let's walk together so the STRESS will FALL off of us. Sisters we are walking to protest against stress and to encourage self-care. Make this walk one of the things you do for self-care this month. We will gather at 9:45am and start walking at 10:00am. RAIN or SHINE! Please be on time! We will walk around Prospect Park, which is about 3.4 miles. Don't forget your GirlTrek blue, comfortable shoes and water. Feel free to bring a friend. Please RSVP.
