Ladies! You will not believe this GirlTrek Remix. First, a trek remix is a physical activity you can do for a certain amount of time that would be equivalent to our prescribed 30 minute trek. This upcoming remix is with Barre Code Charlotte; an efficient and results-driven fitness program, focusing on three unique pillars of physical & mental wellness: cardio, strength training, and restoration. The foundation of the movements in these classes come from ballet and often utilize the barre found in a ballet studio among other exercise tools/instruments. This is equivalent to a one hour trek! Once there, scroll below the Location Information to click on 'My Account.' Create an account and register for the June 22nd Barre Code class with Razz. If there isn't an option to book the class, it's either 'sold out' or to far in advance to register. Using the code RAZZ, you can experience this class for FREE [usually a $28 value]. Please contact the studio should you experience difficulty registering via the Barre Code website. Come dressed to move! It's recommend to wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. Socks are required. If you don't bring your own, socks are available for purchase at all studios. All other props you need are at the studio! Don't forget to wear your SuperHero Blue! First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to class for a studio tour and introduction to The Barre Code. The doors close right as class begins, and we cannot allow clients who are more than 5 minutes late to enter a class. Please respect the instructor and fellow clients by arriving on time to avoid disrupting class.
