Drive into University City for a lovely trek on the beautiful & paved Clark's Creek Greenway [starts at Mallard Creek Elementary School]. The trail is mostly shaded and lined with vegetation, which makes for a humid environment. A major incline [hill] begins and ends the trek. There are two or three smaller hills throughout the 4 mile route. We'll walk 2 miles in one direction, and will walk the 2 miles back toward the starting point. It usually takes us 1 hour & 15 minutes. Wear your athletic shoes & superhero blue! You'll need plenty of water; minimum 20 oz. Most people bring a backpack/sac to carry their water, a hat, shades, cellphone, keys, and other items like a snack. We'll meet at the playground or in the parking lot nearest to Mallard Creek Road. Just look for the melanin and superhero blue! **Rain location: Concord Mills Mall Food Court, where 1 lap = 1 mile.
