Black History Month Monument Trek
Lace up bring your whole tribe and join us for a Saturday afternoon walk! Get ready to be inspired by 6 monuments in Harlem all walkable! Duke Ellington Memorial, Frederick Douglas Memorial, Harriet Tubman Memorial, Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Memorial, Martin Luther King Jr. Sculpture and the Ralph Ellison Memorial. We will cover about 3 miles on city streets in a little over an hour plan for an hour and a half as we spend time at each stop. We will end the walk at 150th Street and Riverside Drive. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Looking forward to hitting the pavement with you!
