Join the East Harlem Triangle Trekkers this Saturday June 22nd at 12:30 pm for the 1st walk in the Six Week Self-Care Walking Series for a Cultural Walk and Performance by the National Black Theater presenting 125th and FREEdom loosely based on Freedom Fighter Harriet Tubman until 1:30 pm. This trek will include city streets and paved walkways and will be approximately 1 to 2 miles. Wear your superhero blue shirt, dress for the weather (sunglasses, hat, umbrella), wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and any snacks that you may need.
