Wellness Wednesday Walk

Join us for Wellness Wednesday Walk! We will walk from 1 to 2 miles either on city streets or in nearby parks. Wear your Superhero Blue, comfortable walking shoes, bring water and any snacks you may need. Please arrive 7 minutes early at 6:23pm for the talk before the walk. We look forward to seeing you! Grab a sistah friend and walk with us! Reminder: Each Wellness Wednesday walk you attend your name will be entered into a drawing for health and wellness prizes. Drawing on 11/27/2019.
