Join us for Wellness Wednesday Walk! We will walk from 1 to 2 miles either on city streets to the Harriet Tubman Statue in Harlem and spend some time there honoring her legacy. We will trek Rain or Shine. Wear your Superhero Blue, comfortable walking shoes, bring water and any snacks you may need. Please arrive 7 minutes early at 6:23pm for the talk before the walk.
