Rise & Shine Sunrise Walk

RISE and SHINE!! Let's get our walk on every Saturday morning starting at 6:00AM. The paved trail is 2.5 miles but you can walk as many miles as you desire. We will meet near the playground. Taking care of yourself is a priority so let's do it together. Healthy IS the new beautiful!!
