It’s time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join your GirlTrek Neighborhood Captains for this Superhero Saturday walk and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level, are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us - bring a friend. Please bring your water, and wear your comfortable sneakers, sunscreen, and your “SuperHERo” Blue.
