Meet us in the New Orleans Public Library parking lot on Read Blvd. We will walk the well-lit, paved trail, on Lake Forest for 3 miles to get your morning juices flowing😀 No trekker left behind. These East sunrise treks are co-hosted/led by Amelia Sellers, Yolonda Wornner Prevost, Ethel Smith, or other organizers. Let the pillow go and come out to join us! You'll be glad you did!
