Ladies!! It Superhero Saturday and let’s make time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self care! Join us this Superhero Saturday and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll fellowship with each other during an ENERGIZING Walk. Are you ready to burn some calories? Bring your water ,wear your favorite lipstick and comfortable sneakers for this 30 minute trek. Look forward to seeing everyone. Please RSVP.
