Sister Keeper Walk
It’s Monday and time to release our stresses of the day and set the tone of a fit week. Join us as we walk the track a few to get the body warmed up then take the hills to City Line Avenue and BACK. It’s a little over 3 miles. Grab your water bottle and comfortable foot gear and let’s do this! Plenty of parking on street
