It’s time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join your GirlTrek Neighborhood Captains for this Superhero Saturday walk and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. Look for the women wearing superhero blue in the commuter lot opposite the pond. The GPS will lead you to the store The Depot, next door to the commuter lot. Please arrive by 6:53 am that we may start waling at 7:00 am. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear and bring water (towel optional). Together we will walk twice around the ponds approximately 3 miles. This is a historic moment in the town and village of Monroe. Calling Orange County and the Hudson Valley.
