Join us at the Millpond! Tell your friends and family who may live in or around Orange County to come out and walk with us. We use our daily and weekly walks as an act of self-care. A time to put ourselves first. We walk for a minimum of 30 minutes and twice around the ponds is about 3 miles. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Bring water and a towel. If you are considering starting a local group of trekkers in your area this is a great way to get your feet wet. Look for us wearing superhero blue GirlTrek gear in the commuter lot opposite the pond. Please be on time at 6:53 am. We step off at 7 am.
