Superhero Saturday Trek at MillPond Park. #BlessedSisters Walk

Join us as we walk to heal our spirit, soul, body, and mind. All ages and abilities welcome. Complete the GirlTrek pledge before you walk and download your guide. Meet us on Saturday in the commuter lot opposite Millpond Park at 7:55 am. We walk twice around the ponds which is a little over 3 miles. Bring water, dress for the weather, and wear comfortable footwear. Meet us every Saturday rain or shine at this location.
