Join us for our weekly Saturday walk at Monroe's Millpond Park. All abilities and ages are welcome. If you're new to walking for exercise don't worry, we've got you covered. We walk rain or shine on Saturdays at 8:00 am. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable footwear. Arrive at least five minutes early at the Monroe Park and Ride lot opposite the ponds and look for the ladies wearing superhero blue GirlTrek gear.
