We meet bright and early at the commuter lot in Monroe opposite the pond. Remember with GirlTrek 7 minutes early is on time. We warm-up, set our intentions, celebrate our sister's victories and milestones from the previous week, and get to stepping at 7:00 am. The first walk is a figure eight around the ponds approx 1.57 miles. We do this twice, for those who are ready for the challenge, ending with a little over three miles and finishing by 8:00 am. What to bring? Comfortable footwear and clothing. At least 12 - 16 ounces of water. A little towel for that superhero sweat. A pleasant attitude and your smile.
