It’s time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join the Walk It Like We Talk It Crew for this Superhero Saturday walk and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. The trek is 3.5 miles so feel free to bring a bottle of water. Our walk will meet about 7:50 am outside of Prospect Park (in front of the farmer's market between Flatbush Ave and Prospect Park West) for the talk before the walk.
