Join us as we trek the beautiful Riverfront Park this Saturday! We will share the experiences from Stress Protest 2019 and discuss the upcoming registration for Stress Protest 2020. Grab your Superhero blue Tee, a bottle of water, some comfortable walking shoes and let's trek our way to health, wellness and self care!! We’ll trek approximately 4 miles on a paved walkway along the Saluda and Broad Rivers. Meet us at the park’s front entrance. Light stretches begin at 7:00 and we will begin our trek promptly at 7:10. See you on the pavement!
