Let’s Trek into 2020 together!! We will meet at the entrance of the park. Be on the lookout for us in Superhero Blue waiting on YOU!! We will Trek approximately 4 miles along a paved trail at a brisk pace (It’ll keep you warm too!). Bring water as we will break to refresh ourselves midway or as needed. Additionally, bring a back pack or fanny pack to hold your items as we walk. Dress in layers to ensure that you are warm enough/don’t overheat. Pack a small umbrella or poncho in case of the drizzles! Light stretching begins at 8 a.m. and the walk will start at 8:10. See you there!!
