IF this is your first walk in a while, consider walking 15 minutes out and another 15 minutes back for a 30-minute walk. We'll walk mostly sidewalks, so * wear comfy walking shoes*; *dress for the weather*; *bring water*; * have a copy of your emergency contact's information on you* and expect to have a mighty good time. as always, if you have been inactive for a while, consult with your physician before beginning a workout regimen. This is a "your race, your pace" walk..no competition + no ego= no one gets hurt. and that's how we like it!
