"When you walk in the Out of the Darkness Walks, you join the effort with hundreds of thousands of people to raise awareness, create educational programs, advocate for public policy, and support survivors of suicide loss. The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention (AFSP) has set a goal to reduce the annual suicide rate 20% by 2025". I donated $150.00 for the team so no personal financial goal is necessary. I have not been able to determine the route nor the miles of the walk. I would imagine that it is a two to three mile endeavor.
