Hike For Your Health
Get in a great cardio workout while you traverse the ridges and valleys of the late fall woods with Naturalist Jenny McClain. Terrain: natural surface, hills, stairs. 4.5 miles Wear clothes in layers for warmth and to stay dry. Wear sturdy footwear. Hiking boots are best. I also like to bring a hiking stave. Wear fanny pack or backpack with snacks, and water for hydration.
