Walk it all off

We meet near the bus stop. it's a welcome break from the surrounding suburbia, offers large trees and ferns, plus a few wildflowers and friendly wildlife. An almost level loop trail about 5 miles round trip with a few gentle inclines. Gets the heart pumping.
