GirlTrek Des Moines Goes RED for Heart Health Awareness (walking in the Skywalk!)

Did you know that 137 Black women die every hour from heart disease, which is more than gun violence, HIV/AIDS and smoking combined. GirlTrek is going RED for the day for heart health! Come out and walk with us. A location to be determined soon! Let's reestablish walking as a healing tradition in Black communities as tribute to those who walked before us. Let's reclaim our health! WEAR RED!! We will be walking in the Skywalk!
