Walk with GRATITUDE!
Walk with an attitude of gratitude! There is so much to be grateful for. We will each share one simple thing that we are grateful for and meditate on that one thing throughout the walk to help set the tone for the day.
Bring water, a charged cell phone and wear comfortable sneakers. Can't wait to see you there. :)
