Walk it Like you Talk it!

We are about to put on our Superhero Blue and get our trek on! Let's go ladies! Invite a friend. We walk for our health. Bring your positive energy and those comfortable walking shoes. Don't forget your H20! The trek has a slight incline but it is mostly pavement. We will walk a minimum of 30 minutes. Walk at your own pace. Meet up in the lower parking lot near the duck pond.
