Guard your heart sis! GirlTrek Overtown is trekking on over to the American Heart Association's Heart walk!

We are going to cherish our hearts, nourish our souls and move our bodies right on over to the American Heart Association's Miami Heart Walk. We will meet in front of the Historic Lyric theater at 8am and trek together over to museum park on Biscayne Blvd. There will be free drinks, music, and activities for all ages - Grab your friends and family for a fun Super Soul GirlTrek Sunday of physical activity! Let's save our own lives! See you there! You belong here sis!
