Hello! My name is Portia Green and I am on a journey to re-claim my health. As a busy, working wife and mom, sometimes I put my health on the back burner. I have committed to walking 5 days a week for 30 minutes. Will you join me on June 8th? We will meet at Municipal Langan Park (4901 Zeigler Blvd. Mobile, AL, 36608) in the large parking lot. There is a Liabilty Waiver that you will need to complete prior to the walk. For your convenience, I can email the Liability Waiver or have it ready for you to complete before we trek. Please be sure to wear sneakers and comfortable clothes suitable for walking. 2. Please be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. 3. (Optional) A Waist Pack or Fanny Pack may be helpful for securing your cell phone and car keys. 4. Be sure to come excited and ready to trek and meet new friends.
