Hello! I’m so excited about GirlTrek! We are taking the streets back and re-claiming our health. When: May 25, 2019 Time: 7:30am-8:00am -Make sure you are cleared by you GP to exercise. -wear comfortable shoes -wear comfortable clothes -bring a water bottle -bring a friend -have fun
