Hey its Sassy ShaRhonda here getting ready for another Superhero Saturday!!! This walking location is super easy. We will do one lap around the park and then head out on to Madison Ave. We all are at different levels so we will plan for 2 miles. You can park directly in front of Owl's Nest park on Madison Ave. We will me right at thh entrance promptly at 8am to stretch and head out at 8:15am. Please wear your Girl Trek gear if you have any ot superhero blue. If you don't have either still come out and join us. Wear comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather, and water to stay hydrated. I look forward yo seeing you!!!
