Join the RVA West End💎 Squad for Superhero Saturday!
We will dial back the distance this week to no more than 4 miles. Yet we will mix up the trail terrain a little with a couple of inclines, paved, gravel and dirt pathways.
If you can handle stairs and stairclimbers, then you can confidently handle this. There are also three restroom locations, instead of Porter potties. So get your rest, fuel and hydrate yourselves accordingly, and I'll see you 💎s there❣
