East Harlem Triangle Trekkers Six Week Self-Care Walking Series will kick off with a Cultural Walk and Performance by the National Black Theater presenting 125th and FREEdom. A performance loosely based on Freedom Fighter Harriet Tubman. This trek will include city streets and paved walkways and will be approximately 1 to 2 miles. Be sure to wear you Bright Blue Superhero shirt! Dress for the weather (sunglasses, hat, umbrella), wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and any snacks that you may need.
