Ladies on the Track: Walk for Wellness

We will meet on the track from 8-9:30 am every Saturday unless otherwise communicated. We welcome all fitness levels and ages. We strive to complete a minimum of 3 miles which equals 12 laps around the track. We encourage you to move at your own pace and fitness level. Let's walk for Wellness! Who's in?
